How publishing works

Same three steps every month, regardless of which CMS you connect.

  1. STEP 1

    Connect your CMS

    Pick your platform in Settings → Integrations and paste an API key — it takes about a minute, or your account manager walks you through it at kickoff. We test the connection before saving.

  2. STEP 2

    Your account manager writes the article

    AI drafts. Your account manager writes it up in your tone and language, fact-checks it, and sends it to you for approval.

  3. STEP 3

    You approve, we publish

    Once you approve, we publish it on your site with the cover image attached — or leave it as a draft if you'd rather press Publish yourself. Nothing goes live without your OK.

Don’t see your CMS?

The Custom Webhook adapter sends every approved article to any URL you control — pair it with Zapier or n8n to route it anywhere (Beehiiv, Substack, Airtable, your own backend).
