Connect Contentful to Rankply

Create entries in your Contentful space. Follow the steps below — most customers finish in 4 minutes.

Any Contentful space (Free Community plan included).

In Contentful, click the avatar (top-right) → Account settings.
Open the CMA tokens tab.
Click Create personal access token → name it Rankply → Create.
Copy the token. (You won't see it again.)
Back in your Contentful space, find the Space ID: Settings → General → Space ID.
Note the environment (usually master). Find it under Settings → Environments.
Paste the token + Space ID + Environment into Rankply.

If it doesn’t work

Don't confuse the CMA token (which can write) with the CDA token (read-only, used on your website front-end). We need the CMA one.

What happens next: Entries land as drafts in your chosen environment, ready for you to publish from the Contentful web app.
