Connect Contentful to Rankply
Create entries in your Contentful space. Follow the steps below — it takes about 4 minutes.
How to connect Contentful
Any Contentful space (Free Community plan included).
In Contentful, click the avatar (top-right) → Account settings.
Open the CMA tokens tab.
Click Create personal access token → name it Rankply → Create.
Copy the token. (You won't see it again.)
Back in your Contentful space, find the Space ID: Settings → General → Space ID.
Note the environment (usually master). Find it under Settings → Environments.
Paste the token + Space ID + Environment into Rankply.
If it doesn’t work
- Don't confuse the CMA token (which can write) with the CDA token (read-only, used on your website front-end). We need the CMA one.

Articles every month
Every month your account manager writes 4 articles aimed at the prompts you're losing — drafted with AI, written up and fact-checked by a person — and sends them to you before anything reaches Contentful.
You approve, we publish
You read each article and approve it or ask for changes. Then we publish it on your Contentful site with title, body, cover image and tags — or leave it as a draft if you'd rather press Publish yourself.

Every month we re-run the same prompts on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, so you can see whether AI engines start naming you — with the raw answers as proof.
