Connect Webflow to Rankply
Sync posts to a Webflow CMS Collection (Data API v2). Follow the steps below — most customers finish in 4 minutes.
How to connect Webflow
Any Webflow site with a CMS plan (Basic+ on workspaces or CMS+ on Site Plans).
Sign in to Webflow and open your workspace dashboard.
Click your workspace avatar (top-left) → Workspace settings.
Open the Integrations tab → API access.
Click Generate API token (or Generate new API token).
Name the token Rankply. Under Scopes, expand CMS and tick Read and write. Click Generate.
Copy the token shown (long random string) — you will not see it again.
Now find your Blog Collection ID. Open the relevant site → Designer → CMS → click your blog collection → click the … menu → Settings.
The Collection ID is the random-looking string in "API access" → it looks like 64a1f2c5b7e3d8901a234567.
Paste the API token + Collection ID into Rankply.
If it doesn’t work
- Personal Access Tokens replaced the legacy Site Tokens in 2024. If you're following an old guide that mentions Site Tokens, it's the same place.
- Pick the right Collection ID — Webflow sites usually have Blog Posts + Categories + Authors. We need the one for posts.
What Rankply does once connected
Monthly draft
Every billing cycle our writers produce one or more blog posts and push them as drafts to your Webflow.
You review
The post lands in your CMS with title, body, cover image, and tags. You read it, tweak if needed, and click Publish.
We track AI lift
Once live, we monitor how often AI engines start citing it in your industry — measurable progress, not just published count.
