Connect ButterCMS to Rankply

Push blog posts via the ButterCMS Write API. Follow the steps below — most customers finish in 2 minutes.

Sign in to /https://buttercms.com
Click Settings (top-right gear) → API Tokens.
Click Create Write API Token → name it Rankply → Save.
The read-only token is not enough — we need a write token to create posts.
Copy the token shown.
Paste it into Rankply.

If it doesn’t work

If you only see one "API Token" field with no read/write distinction, you're looking at the read-only key. The write key lives under Settings → API Tokens → Write tokens.

What happens next: Posts appear as drafts in your ButterCMS dashboard, ready for review.
