How to connect Zapier
Any Zapier account (Free plan works for low volume). Use this to route posts to 6,000+ apps — Beehiiv, Substack, Airtable, Slack, etc.
Sign in to Zapier and click Create Zap.
Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app → Catch Hook as the trigger event → Continue.
Zapier shows you a unique URL — copy it.
Pick the second step: any of 6,000+ apps. Common choices: Beehiiv → Create Post, Airtable → Create Record, Substack → Create Post, etc.
Test the Zap with a sample (Zapier will fetch one once Rankply sends its first payload).
Paste the Catch Hook URL into Rankply.
If it doesn’t work
- Zapier sometimes throttles webhook deliveries on the Free plan. If posts go missing, check the Zap History inside Zapier and consider a paid Zapier tier for production use.
