Connect Zapier to Rankply

Send every new post to a Zapier Zap. Route to 6,000+ apps including Notion, Airtable, Slack, Substack, Beehiiv, and more. Follow the steps below — most customers finish in 4 minutes.

How to connect Zapier

Any Zapier account (Free plan works for low volume). Use this to route posts to 6,000+ apps — Beehiiv, Substack, Airtable, Slack, etc.

4 minEasy
  1. Sign in to Zapier and click Create Zap.

  2. Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app → Catch Hook as the trigger event → Continue.

  3. Zapier shows you a unique URL — copy it.

  4. Pick the second step: any of 6,000+ apps. Common choices: Beehiiv → Create Post, Airtable → Create Record, Substack → Create Post, etc.

  5. Test the Zap with a sample (Zapier will fetch one once Rankply sends its first payload).

  6. Paste the Catch Hook URL into Rankply.

If it doesn’t work

  • Zapier sometimes throttles webhook deliveries on the Free plan. If posts go missing, check the Zap History inside Zapier and consider a paid Zapier tier for production use.
What happens next: Each finished post triggers your Zap. The body, title, cover image, and tags flow through to whatever app you connected.

Every billing cycle our writers produce one or more blog posts and push them as drafts to your Zapier.

You review

The post lands in your CMS with title, body, cover image, and tags. You read it, tweak if needed, and click Publish.
