Your monthly delivery cycle — what to expect

The 30-day rhythm
With Rankply, a named account manager — a person — runs your account on a monthly cycle. AI drafts; people edit, fact-check and decide. You approve every piece before it goes live.
The cadence is deliberate: AI engines tend to reward steady, recent activity more than occasional bursts, and running the same audit every month is what makes progress — or the lack of it — visible.
Week 1 — kickoff
This happens once, at the start.
- A 30-minute kickoff call.
- Together we fix a set of 30 non-branded buyer prompts — the questions your customers ask AI — plus your competitors, markets and languages.
- A baseline audit on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. You see the raw answers and the sources they cite.
Every month
- Audit. The same 30 prompts, on the same 4 engines, in the same languages. Your visibility score — the headline number on your dashboard and in your report — is simply the share of those 30 prompts where AI names your brand. It's unweighted, and it's not a share of all AI searches. The 30 prompts stay fixed so months are comparable; we only change them with you. The raw answers and citations are in your dashboard.
- Content. 4 articles aimed at the prompts you're losing. Drafted with AI, written up and fact-checked by your account manager. You approve every piece before it goes live. We publish it on your own site through your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Ghost, HubSpot, Framer, Contentful, Sanity and others — the full list is on our integrations page); on anything else, you get the finished article to publish. It lives on your site and it's yours.
- On-site fixes. We find and fix what stops AI engines reading or citing your pages — structured data, FAQs, llms.txt, gaps in page copy. Done by us with CMS access, otherwise sent to you as exact instructions.
- Citation outreach. The third-party sources AI engines cite in your category — directories and listings, review platforms, comparison and "best of" lists, relevant communities. Your account manager does the submissions and outreach. No paid placements.
- Report and call. A monthly report — your score on the 30 prompts, the raw answers, citations, competitors, and AI-referred traffic and enquiries if you connect Google Analytics — and a 30-minute review call.
What isn't included
Paid ads, editorial PR placements (optional, quoted separately) and more than one brand (ask us). Design retainers, video production and brand strategy work are outside the GEO scope too; if you need them, we'll point you to people we trust.
Nothing goes live without your approval
Every article waits for your yes. If you're busy and a piece waits, it waits — we don't publish on a timer. If a draft needs changes, tell your account manager what to change. We'd rather ship one excellent piece than three average ones.
The 6-month target
We aim for measurable improvement in your visibility on the agreed prompts within 6 months, with proof every month and checkpoints at months 3 and 6. It's a target, not a guarantee.
- Month 1: baseline, prompt set, first fixes.
- Months 2–3: content and citations go live; checkpoint at month 3.
- Months 4–6: compounding; checkpoint at month 6.
AI engines decide what they cite, so nobody can guarantee inclusion — Google says the same about its AI features. If the numbers aren't moving at the month-3 checkpoint, we show you why and what we're changing, and you can cancel anytime.
Price, cancelling and what you keep
One offer: a dedicated account manager for $499 a month. Billed monthly, cancel anytime, no setup fee, no annual contract. There's no free trial — the free AI-visibility audit is the way to try us.
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. The service runs to the end of the month you've paid for; the current month isn't refunded.
- Everything we published is on your site and stays yours.
- Your Rankply account stays open on the free plan.
Already on Standard, Plus or Pro? Nothing changes for you — your plan continues as it is.
Why a monthly cadence
The hardest part of GEO is consistency. Most teams know what to do; few keep it up month after month alongside everything else. With an account manager, consistency is someone's job: the same audit every month, the work done, and the raw AI answers in front of you so you can check the results yourself.
The briefing loop
The brief editor is where most of the long-term steering happens. It's a living document with sections for:
- Positioning statements — the one-paragraph elevator pitch we anchor every piece to
- Topic priorities — what you want covered this quarter, ranked
- Forbidden territory — topics, claims, or comparisons you don't want made (e.g. legal-sensitive areas, contested terminology, competitors you don't engage with publicly)
- Voice rules — short/long sentences, formal/casual register, British/American spelling, signature stylistic moves
- Citation preferences — sources you trust, sources you avoid, formats you prefer
Keeping the brief current is the easiest way to keep the content specific. A brief set once at the start and never revisited tends to drift toward generic output, so your account manager will ask you to review it from time to time — the monthly call is a good moment.
Edge cases and how we handle them
You go quiet for a month. The audit, the report and the outreach still run. Articles wait for your approval — nothing is published on your site without it.
A piece needs heavy revision. Tell your account manager what's wrong and we rework it before anything goes live.
You have a launch or news event mid-month. Tell your account manager; we'll reshape the month's content to support it where we can.
A published piece isn't moving anything. If a piece still isn't being cited after a couple of months, we'll suggest refreshing it or folding it into a stronger page. Sometimes content just doesn't work; fixing it is better than letting it dilute your site.
